M&S tea from the 80s - anyone remember?
Discussion
Help - see last part of post for my actual question minus rambling.
I like my tea really strong. My current brew is 2 x Yorkshire Gold tea bags stewed to within an inch of their lives in a big mug. When I was an engineering graduate trainee the rail depot protocol was to fill a huge aluminium teapot with cold water and tea leaves at 7am and start drinking it from the first break at 9am, having been boiled to f*ck on an electric ring for 2 hours. The kind of tea that makes your top lip stick to your teeth.
I digress. When I was a teenager in the 80s my mum used to buy posh teabags from M&S. I think they may have been called something like ‘green Kenyan tea’ before the UK became culturally aware about Chinese green tea. It was really strong and had an amazing flavour and if I could still buy it I would. They were in a cardboard box inside a plastic foil inner.
Does anyone else remember this? Any tips on where to buy the equivalent today?
Thanks.

I buy my tea from here https://www.northern-tea.com/ although I am local, they do online ordering.
I like my tea strong (but not as strong as you!), big fan of the Rwandan blend. I'd ring them and ask for their opinion.
