Windows and frames in a G2 listed cottage

Hi everyone.

Our windows need renovating. Windows won't open or close properly, a couple of holes in 2 of the panes and a general upgrade needed. They are metal framed.

As per the title, it is a grade 2 listed property so replacement without LBC is out of the question.

Can anyone recommend anyone who could do this, 1 window at a time probably, in the Chester area?
