RRS 3.0 turbo vaccume issues advice please

Hello i have a 2010 rrs 3.0 car bought with fault

Error codes P22D3 AND P22CF

I've checked wastegate it moves fine also shows between 0 and 100 percent on Diagnostics

I've found that all my vacuum is going into the airbox via a thin black pipe causing no vaccume for egr turbos etc

If I block this off egrs pull in and other things click

Now then I rev the car the wastegate goes to 100 percent but then it stays there and won't drop off unless I pull off the vac pipe

My questions

Why is all the vaccume going to the air box am I missing a part ?

Why doesn't the solenoid dump the boost when it needs to tired another solenoid does the same

Tired it with the other pipe off the solenoid and it doesn't open the wastegate enough

I'm hoping some have some ideas or a diagram for the vacuum system

I've also smoke tested it found no leaks

Have you checked the PCV valve is working correctly? They're pretty cheap, so could be worth throwing a new one on just as part of a service.
