Short term car insurance!

Ciao, we have an Italian registered car which in the past we had insured with AXA which would allow us to open and suspend the insurance in 1 month blocks when we were here on holiday. This has now unfortunately changed to only being allowed to suspend it once and then running to full term onc reopened.
Is there a company or product out there that we could insure the car for say 30 days at a time?
