Are they the worst Airline in Europe for customer service. My neice and friends have been sat on the ground at Stansted ,initially delayed because of Trump now told they have to change aircraft. It's been over 4 hours and not even offered water !
Agree, I use Ryanair to Kerry and it is not bad at all and there is no choice direct, never had much of a delay, 4.5 hours to Athens and not a hope. Easyjet I just avoid completely
On my linked thread above, after swearing never to again I flew to Krakow with them. It didn't exactly land. It kinda planted itself through the runway
