I know that OIG only supports one car at a time to use the smart features, but there's nothing to stop you using the fixed slot for the other one.

Setup is Zaptec Go, Polestar 2, ID.3

I've set the Polestar up with OIG via the Polestar Energy app, and that is now working. The question is what to do with the other car, and actually whether I should make that the supported car. It probably needs charging more often.

Anyone doing this? How do you do it?

I charge the Tesla Model 3 dynamically (this one does the most miles) and the EX30 I schedule to 2330 - 0530 via the car.

Do you know which device talks to Octopus? Is it the Tesla, or the charger?

AIUI:
Neither the Polestar 2 nor the Zaptec Go are directly supported by Octopus Intelligent Go.
However, the Zaptec connects to Polestar Charge, which connects to OIG, enabling the integration.
Therefore AFAIK you won't be able to have the Zaptec connect to OIG to charge the ID3.

If the ID3 is directly supported via Octopus itself, you could connect it that way.

As you say you can use the timer in the car to make either one charge during the fixed overnight off peak hours, without the OIG integration.
