Made redundant career suggestions at 40?

Hi All,

Im been made redundant, not only that but other comparable jobs to mine are only offering just above minimum wage. Im happy to retrain and start at the bottom so am open to any suggestions. I do need a job with a income even if it is minimim wage, im happy to retrain but dont want to work shifts or weekends. I also dont have a degree. Im happy to do any job but would like to achieve mid 30s salary asap. I know there is a lot of career experience on here so just looking for suggestions?
