Secure Bike Parking Plymouth
Discussion
QQ for South West bikers and returning Spanish explorers.
I have a work event from 8am next Friday in Plymouth. It’s with Blood Bikers so I really want to ride from Kent. Does anyone know of any secure parking for my bike for Thursday night? Doesn’t matter if it is AirB&B or any hotel. Thanks

The Crowne Plaza, on the Hoe, has an underground car park. It's not super secure but away from prying eyes and I think I remember (probably 10 years+ ago) there being some posts you could possibly chain to.
If you are thinking of staying the rooms were quite 1980s style when I last stayed there.

Can never resist a recommendation - booked with thanks what a treaty this will be. Looks to be dry, if fresh!
In all seriousness there are some great views from higher floors, moors one side and bay the other so you can while away the evening watching warships chugging out (probably just some RFA hulk...) or if it is a full moon, locals on the moor howling at the moon.A 5 minute walk down to the Barbican, you've got Captain Jaspers, the local bikers' chippy of choice and about five alternative fish & chip cafes plus others restaurants. The Barbican Kitchen is a bit more fine dining if that's your thing or like me on expenses.
Finish it off with a loop around the Hoe for more great views and most of Plymouth's pops and bangs car club will drive by. You can always round the evening off with a shout of "Booties can't fight" as you pass the Citadel.
