Any recommendations for rust repair and undersealing?

Hi All,

I'm in south Essex and my 2010 Octavia vRS is getting a bit scabby on a couple of arches and on the sills. Can anyone recommend a place who can sort them out to a reasonable standard? I say reasonable as the car is high milage and far from perfect. I need it to look ok and hold the rust at bay for a few more years, rather than be a concours standard repair. I'd like to get those areas undersealed too.

Also, I'm currently looking at 25 year old MX-5's for sale and they all seem to come with rust included, especially underbody. I'd be looking for somewhere that can give it a clean up and a fresh coat of underseal to a good standard.
