Anyone use 'Now TV' ?

Have cancelled my SKY subscription as the monthly amount was getting crazy and the negotiations this time round were miniscule.

We watch most stuff these days on NFlix/Prime etc, but the bug bear is Sports....am wondering about using 'Now', but it's unclear from a quick glance whether sports are just streamed live or whether there's the ability to just watch an entire game/grand prix /whatever 'not live', or is it all boxed in so that there's fixed viewing times?
