06 Aston Martin DB9

I believe that I used Mobil 1 10w40 full synthetic oil in all my vehicles. I am about to change oil in ’06 AM DB9 and went to purchased Mobil 1 oil and it’s no longer available. My choices are 0w40 European or 10w40 high mileage my car only has 20k miles and heard that the 0 (as least) upon start is too thin and not recommended and the high mileage isn’t recommended either because the additive can have a negative effect on car with low mileage.
Ideally looking for 10w40 full synthetic oil (past Mobil 1)
Any advise would be appreciated
