No idea about the bids and most odd that the results on the Historics website say "sold - undisclosed figure". I've not seen that before. It had been listed for sale privately for some while, most recently asking £79,950.
Sticky plastic is, unfortunately, entirely normal and just something that has to be dealt with eventually.

When the sale price has been withheld on auction results means the buyer has Sticky plastic is, unfortunately, entirely normal and just something that has to be dealt with eventually.

requested this usually because they are a dealer and have to advertise the car and don't
want the buying public knowing what margin of profit they are making and avoiding low ball bids
from their customers when having the knowledge of that sort of information,
If the dealer is a regular buyer at said auction they are more than happy to accommodate the request.

355 s like Aventadors and other cars are often advertised on a SOR basis at very inflated prices
I sold a mint low mileage 355 spider manual for £75k earlier this year (ie at the right time of year) so I d view the advertised asking prices as hopeful to say the least.
Selling a car with sticky plastics, while it s easy to fix suggest that has not been pampered and that would worry me. If you are not going to do something simple like that you have probably skimped on more essential maintenance at some point.
Many people say the GTS is the worst of both worlds with lack of rigidity of the spider and not as fully convertible. They do seem to go for a premium in the US market though maybe it makes more sense in hotter countries.
