Throwaway account due to personal information
My payslip for this month with salary sacrifice, I want to salary sacrifice everything for the foreseeable future down to minimum wage (1765.77 for 42.5 hour week):
Salary 4,220.22
Salary Sacrifice -2,596.55
Bonus 625.00
Ers NIC TP: 274.75
Ers Pension TP: 405.80
Tax 203.40
National Insurance 96.05
Pension 183.45
NET PAY 1,765.77
My payslip from April 2025 before I did salary sacrifice:
Salary 4,220.22
Bonus 625.00
Ers NIC TP: 664.23
Ers Pension TP: 110.07
Tax 816.86
National Insurance 264.40
Pension Contribs. 183.45
(Total taxable pay to date: 4,661.77)
NET PAY 3,580.51
My company has said they will refund me the NI from my salary sacrifice, so 264.40-96.05= £168.35 ?
So I can't tell from the figures because it's not broken down, does it look like the NI is being added to my pension contribution? The figures look about right but I just want to be sure please? Cheers
