Hi

I have a pair of Oakley Jawbones which Ive had for longer than I can actually remember

They came with clear, yellow and heavy tinted lenses which have all been great

The issue is that the clear lenses obviously had some kind of magic coating that protected against misting and water which has now died

Consequently riding in humidity and/or rain is impossible and I just cant wear them

If I could buy replacement lenses I wouldnt be asking this question - but as I am fine for sunnies so dont need or want a photochromatic lens what clear glasses are available that dont fog or get obscured by rainwater please?

Thanks - Ive had a bit of a look online but havent found anything that stands out

Budget flexible, this is PH after all smile

I was pleasantly surprised by how good these were https://www.victorychimp.cc/en-es/products/a-p-e-o...

I bought them with the photochromic lens

I bought a pair of Bolle eye protection glasses from Amazon. Slight tint to them but great in darker days.
£9, cant complain and doesnt matter if i break/lose them.

Same here, great glasses without the cycling tax applied. Mine have always been completely clear (had a few pairs over the years), so I assume you can get then with different levels of tint.

Get a replacement clear lens for existing frame?

£36, Merlin cycles.

Love my jawbreakers. Variety of lenses for different conditions.

I do find the photochromic ones are pretty good for autumn/winter/spring. Not needing quite the higher level sun protection, but good adaptability for changing conditions.

I've replaced Oakley lenses with ones from Revant Optics when they were out of Oakley production, only on 3 pairs, but still.

I've been very impressed, and they have vented Jawbone options which might work for you...

I've just checked my email, and it seems I've also used:

Check your sizes and references carefully, I just went "Jawbone" there may be different models.

I second the jawbreaker photochromic lenses, completely clear for riding in the dark.
