Bit of hypothetical/day dreaming.
Criteria
Properties in Spain or Italy can be had for that much but guessing similarly to France not in the right location.
In my head somewhere like Slovenia might be the best bet? Or Croatia?
I assume Bulgaria would be quite easy but you're pushing the flight time.
Criteria
- Within an hour of a beach (preferably the med but maybe a nice lake).
- Within an hour of a ski resort.
- Under 3hr flight but preferably 2hrs.
- Under €100000.
- Within 2hrs of a budget airline destination.
- Offroad parking.
- Min 2 beds.

The issue is that for €100k the property will never gain enough value to cover the running costs so you're looking at something that will cost you money every year unless you pimp it like a £10 prossie. And the sort of punters you'll get will knacker it rapidly so any gains will probably go on endless maintenance. Criteria

Logically, just place the €100k where it will make a safe yield and draw it down renting other people's gaffs over 10-20 years while relishing in the zero hassle?
Bagni di Lucca in northern Tuscany.
Pisa airport under an hour.
Pietrasanta and Viareggio coast under an hour
Abetone and Val de Luce under an hour
easy to spend less than 100k on a place.
There are lots of other benefits, if you pop on an extra hours travel for the odd excursion or an overnight.
Snow is becoming quite hit or miss these days, last season was great, but the year before was hardly any. also the resorts aren't the most refined, but for a few days of cheap fun they're good enough.
Surrounding areas are also quite attractive, even if Bagni itself isn't much of a looker.
