Head under my car looking at the water pump/thermostat, I noticed this part which, from that angle, looked to be above/behind the water pump. The fluid looked red like coolant but when I touched it on my finger it looked more brown like oil. Please take a look
Having dug through parts diagrams, I believe it's 99710655000, a hose pipe clamp... but how would it get coolant on it? Split hose, maybe? Is there anything else that could leak onto it from there?
