It's a new one but decided to join in. But the weekend I've had, sod it. I'll try dry January.

We applaud your pathetic and completely predictable capitulation.

Any predictions as to when you'll peak?

I started after my Alpes cycling trip, first week of September.

I want to improve my cycling and one of the ways to do it is to shed some weight, giving up alcohol seems a pretty easy win, so I did that.

I'm going to try & push though until the end of the year.

The only thing I am really missing is wine with a nice meal, and you also realise how much of a social lubricant it is.

Even better, try: buy-a-turbo-trainer-and-keep-enjoying-a-cold-frothy-beverage-vember.

I did it last year, no problem. However, I did only hear about it on the 29th, but still, better late than never. smile

Ive been working soo many hours over the past two weeks (I can't say why) that im now too tired to drink.

On my usual afternoon shift before nights id consume say 4 bottles and 2 glasses of wine. I lasted one 330ml.

If it carries on I'm just going to focus on good food.
