I like it. Always do them on the plane - start off with the easy one (to get you warmed up!) then do the mega difficult one.

Basically, it's a number puzzle where there are 3 x 3 boxes of 3 x 3 squares. You're given only a few numbers and you have to make numbers 1 - 9 vertically, horizontally, and in every 3 x 3 box.

I find it quite enjoyable.

If you have Letter-Color Synaesthesia it is probably just a colour pattern spotting game.

But for those of us with normal vision it's just numbers and logic though there are some approaches to the solutions which are more akin to problem solving techniques along with memory training.

Out of curiosity, is mentally associating letters/numbers to colours considered abnormal then ?

I'm afraid so. Mad as a fish. Order some long sleeved jackets from your tailor and get the decorators to pad the walls. Safety scissors only for you. Try not to worry about it. It'll just make the condition worse. And then you'll get sectioned.
