What filler for plastic ramps?
Discussion
Think this kind of fits into DIY more than the camping section
We have these levelling ramps for our campervan. The issue is, if we're parked up for any length of time the holes fill up with a crazy amount of spiders, slugs and other things that totally freak my wife out which means I have to spend way too long making sure they are creature free before they can go back in the van.
I was thinking about filling the holes somehow, but I don't want to add too much weight as the ramps are pretty heavy as is. First thought was the low expansion foam filler, but I think it will just create a crazy mess and I don't think it'll be easy to keep it level with the top of the holes.
Any bright ideas?

Could you wrap it tightly with clingfilm following the contour, use a pencil to pierce the film where the holes are on the bottom then using a foam gun to spray the foam in there? Cut off excess, remove film. That should keep the mess manageable
This seems like a good idea! Thanks!Gassing Station | Homes, Gardens and DIY | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
