That house frontage is one of the most horrifically ugly examples I could imagine for £3.5m. It looks absolutely filthy and like it needs a bloody good jet wash.

Also, while I'd love to own it and live there and have the track to play on, I wouldn't want to run a farm. Or run motorsport events for other people, which would be a bit selfish of me really.
