Just chatting about this with a friend. Such a awful story. The guy had it all. He was part of my youth. Adored by millions. More money than you'd need, then threw it all away with his horrific crimes and now this. Such a waste of a life all round. I hope he suffered, but all round it's just awful isn't it.

I was gutted when all this first came out, I liked their music and had seen them live. It was so unjust and unfair on the other band members.

One has to assume he was attacked with a make shift blade and possibly suffered some blunt force trauma. It was likely to have been rather uncomfortable and not enjoyable....oh well never mind just another dead nonce

I was at college with a girl who he took back stage and did pretty horrible things to. And that was his “consensual” behaviour.

Supposedly he had been spending a lot of money on protection for a number of years. I would not be surprised if this was drug related more than vengeance for his awful crimes, tbh.
