Thanks. The seller is a dealer who has no history.
It is very cheap - although I am looking for a track/hillclimb car - I want to know the frame/chassis is sound and straight.
I’m from Cardiff and know someone in the trade who was offering the car about in 2022. Let me see if he knows the full extent of the damage it suffered before it was repaired. a site that trains wannabe independent car dealers.
Is there anything between the lines there to read?

It ll be a cat S as it suffered structural damage at a repair cost exceeding 50-60k - wont have been a small one to write that off.
I know what a cat s is and it does not necessarily mean that much damage. I have seen another GT4 with a Cat S repair and it was nowhere near £50-60k to repair, indeed a fraction of that. Not all Cat S repairs are equal. Some are horrendous, some I would be more than happy to buy.

True but if you look at their reviews on autotrader, theres a vast number of highly critical 1* reviews about cars with dodgy repairs or faults. Not all Cat S repairs are equal. Some are horrendous, some I would be more than happy to buy.
Its a super cheap car, so tread carefully, why not offer subject to it being inspected at Porsche - that'd be a good test of the dealers knowledge and confidence in the car....

He has said he is happy for me to have it inspected. I am not going to invest in that unless I can get more information on the repair. I would also use an independent specialist look at it. I had a car inspected by Porsche that had been crashed and they did not even know. I just checked that - right on their homepage a site that trains wannabe independent car dealers.

Although it could simply be that they ripped the photo like I did.
If I can't find any info on the damage/repair I am not interested anyway - even at the price it is for sale.
