14" Razer blade, rog zephyrus or what else?

I need a 14" game spec laptop for high ended cad/modeling (I know a 16" would be better but I can't go there on this occasion. I like the look of both Razer blade and rog zephyrus but neither exactly matches what I would like.
Razer were my original choice for its 64Gb Ram and 5070 gfx card. But I usually use a us keyboard layout and I can only seem to buy UK layout. Their seemingly poor customer service is also a worry and windows home not pro (although assuming i can change that myself?)
Zephyrus is completely new to me, but I like the look of it. I think I can get us keyboard layout, there is even a slightly higher 5080 (maybe 5090) card. But I can only seem to spec it with 32Gb. 64Gb is really important.
Lenovo had a promising model in the 14" yoga pro 7i something-or-other as in a similar spec machine as above. I lke lenovos so would be tenpted but I can't seem to see it on sale on their store page so bit sure it is real yet.
Any thought on these or others like them? Or if the options I want could be made available if I had the right link? eg bigger memory on Zephyrus or US layout on Razer, or actually being able to buy the lenovo?
