Anyone tried to email sky UK.

Trying to email Sky but none of their online details are accurate.

Their Virtual Assistant just will not accept a "Cancellation " request.

This week I went to https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky and used the Sky’s Virtual Assistant until I was connected to a human. It took all day using messaging to negotiate a £4 credit after Sky stream BBC1 was off line when we wanted to watch Traitors. Only BBC channels were not working. The chat really did take all day with up to an hour between responses.

Later this week I have a scheduled engineer telephone call to fix my Sky Stream service but considering that all our Smart TV's and Firesticks work just fine I'm 100% sure that all the glitches, stuttering and technical faults are simply due to the rubbish Sky product.

In the end we watched Traitors using our Smart TV and BBC iPlayer which is all the Sky Stream does if you are on catch up so I really don't know why anyone bothers with Sky at all which is probably why you want to cancel smile

To be fair to Sky I have always found them possible to communicate with.

Have you tried mysky@sky.uk. That's how I cancelled, but it was a year or so ago.

Thanks for responding.
I did spend over an hour with the VA going around in circles.
The email mysky @ sky doesn't work and neither does mysky@sky.co.uk or mysky @ sky.com which their websites quote.

Ai says you can write to them. Could be a good way to cut out the phone
