Tiblisi - anyone been?

Been many times, although not since it kicked off in Ukraine, seems a lot of Russians ended up there to avoid conscription from what I've been told.
But was always a good place to visit, especially in the summer, it's a nice city, found the locals to be friendly enough, loads of decent bars.
Although iit looks totally out of place, I've normally stayed at the Biltmore, brilliant city views.
