DB9 Small key?
Discussion
What year is your car? Certainly doesn’t look like anything OEM from AM to me. I guess it could be a battery isolate switch key, or perhaps an exhaust valve switch key, maybe the key to some security device you’ve yet to find? It looks more like someone’s front door key or a garage door key to me though. Sorry, that’s not much help really. I guess the obvious answer is to ask the dealer or seller and see what they can offer you as an explanation. BRM.

I agree with Minglar - that's nothing Aston Martin supplied. It looks to small/fragile to be a front door key, so I'd guess it could be a small electrical isolator (it looks a bit like the old keys cars used before seering column locks) that may be an aftermarket fitment (which could have been removed) or the previous owner who traded it in simply forgot to remove a key for something like a small, cheap padlock from the key-ring whan he handed the car over.I'd just set it to one side in case at a later date you come across a lock hidden somewhere in the car

2007. I bought it privately - I'll message the seller (should have thought of that first!)Gassing Station | Aston Martin | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
