Does anyone here offer private finance?
Or can recommend anyone who does for a property that I own?

I’m looking for a facility for around 5-6 months.
Security would be a first charge over the property, and lending would be around 60% LTV.

What’s the approx value of the property in question?

Now, approximately £800k, mid way through development.
GDV is £1.75m.
Project is around 2-3 months from completion.
