My headliner (Alcantara) has come loose from the roof.

How do I remove the trim from the roll cage? This mainly affects the trim on the bracket above the door/side window, the part that goes into the A-pillar and the rear part in the strut.

I assume that the headliner above the windscreen is very difficult to remove, so it might be better to only work from the sides?

Has anyone done this before and has any tips for me?

Are there any recommendations for an adhesive between GRP and the headliner?

For those who are interested:

You need to remove the trim from the A-pillar; there is a screw (PZ2) located about 15 cm below the top edge that secures the side trim to the roll bar. Once you loosen the screw, pull the trim out of the roll bar from the back.

In my case, the trim pieces were attached with Velcro.

To fix the headliner I used a spray adhesive from a saddle-making supply store, designed for foam, upholstery, and saddle-making, which is heat-resistant up to 140 °C. I hope it holds up.
