Any Ideas as to what this is?
Discussion
Apart from the obvious ….. “It’s a watch”, can anyone assist in identifying this, some pictures below.
The watch is believed to have originated in the far east, possibly Singapore or Hong Kong in the mid to late 1950’s. Initially belonged to my Grandfather then my father.
There are no maker marks on the face or visible within the case as far as I can see. The case is 18K Rose Gold, with the exception of the bezel which was replaced, along with the winder, during a repair in the 70’s.
Grateful for any assistance, Thank you

It is what it says it is. Chronographie Suisse. The movements tend to be cheaper than the Lemanias or Valjoux's available at the time so they're not worth a lot of money, but a gold chronograph was never a cheap watch. A pretty cool thing to have.
If you flip the caseback it may have a makers mark to narrow down its origins.
