C300E - 2024 with latest MBUX update

two questions:
1. The latest MBUX update hasn't downloaded the "Routines" app described by Nick O'leary. Is this app only available in the E class?
2. As no routines app available, anyone know if its possible to have the built in dash cam to start up automatically when engine started?
