For me it's the Hyundai i10. I can't recall ever seeing one driven well. Normally covered in scrapes on every corner, never clean and missing a wheel trim or two.
I can cope with that - but the way they are driven is either 40mph everywhere or 10mph under the limit. Pulling out of junctions without looking, hogging the middle lane of the motorway and generally being terrible. The moment I'm behind one my heart sinks slightly - it's a running joke with my kids.
However, this is down to a repetive experience, Kia Picantos are a close second. But which cars do you see and think "oh here we go again".
I'm not going down the cliche Audi / BMW route. For one I drive a BMW and find that in a lot of cases they do receive a disproportional amount of flack and are driven by people who enjoy driving (or at least take it seriously). Of course there are exceptions to the rule like everything but I genuinely think to own a Hyundai i10 you must be handpicked from a pool of people who are partial to licking the odd window.

Tesla, specifically the Model 3.
They are the Ford Focus of the electric car world, almost all seem to be bought on some form of fleet scheme or as company cars, they are just the very benchmark of blandness and average.
However, their drivers seem to be either desperate to hypermile to save their batteries, causing HGVs to overtake them on the motorways, or they think they're suddenly God's gift and flaunt their acceleration across roundabouts or through junctions that is wholeheartedly inappropriate for other road users. They seem to fall into one of two extremes and both are cretins.
Oh and then they'll bang on about how cheaply they can charge the thing but I'm sorry, I just don't care. If I felt I wanted to economise my motoring I would, but I don't, and I certainly wouldn't have a Tesla even if it was completely free to charge. They look cheap and litter the roads, just like a basic Ford from 20 years ago.

Cashcows, and any Kia/Hyundai blandbox SUV. Always driven like the owners are terrified of the road.

Pickups, especially the ones all in black with lots of plastic gofaster bits, will choose to park in the most antisocial way possible, usually found 2" off your back bumper around town, or blocking the outside lane out of it, like VW Transporters they're the owned by the most delusional drivers who think big wheels and bumpers somehow makes a 2t 130bhp vehicle 'high performance'.
The new Chinese Brands, including MG but especially the Jacamo (I think) massive SUV with a 1.6 engine, and to a lessor extent the BYD and Emoda ones. They're sucking up all the drivers who used to buy the Zafira and CashQui things. MGs always look on their last legs at 3yo and I'm sure the Jacamo will be the same, not a straight panel or wheel left.
