993 2S TYRES

My 993 2S is coming upi for new tyres and I would appreciate suggestions as to what are now considered to be the best. It is presently on Bridgestones with front 285/30/ZR18 and rear 285/40/ZR18. I am in S of France and Michelin seem to be the preferred option here.

It's the rears that are the problem... very little choice. So in your place I would get Mich 4S. Or even consider a change to 265/35.

IMO, whatever you do, DON'T buy the hideous Pirelli Rosso.
