Jimmy Carr is one of the writers, heard him talking about this on a Podcast. Looks interesting but I agree I'm a bit worried the funniest bits are in the trailer. Carr's not short of writing good gags though so hopefully it'll be full of them. He described it as Airplane meets Downton when he spoke about it so I'll give it a go!

It’s quite clearly meant to be very daft, but if it is well written and clever it could be entertaining.

The trailer probably does have all the best jokes (they always do that now), but I laughed so I'm on-board. I do like a bit of silliness.

I'm sure It'll be non stop gags both visual and audio. Like the TV show A Touch of Cloth, it'll need multiple viewings to spot everything.
I've seen this trailer a few times and didn't spot the bicycle stand until about the 3rd

Not sure I'd pay to go see it at the cinema, but I'd definitely watch it on Netflix/Prime/Whatever.
The trailer made me laugh a few times, which isn't a bad ratio for a two minute trailer

Quite a good film too. I like how the head of the house (Gambon) would get maids pregnant, but he would then ether fire them or make them hand the babies over to an orphanage, which apparently did happened a lot.

Well really it's done the opposite, so much was packed in.. I feel like I've seen it already.

I'll watch it when it comes to a streaming service I'm already paying for I think.
