Vanquish S Volante Incoming
Discussion
Just agreed a deal on this lovely Ming Blue Vanquish S Volante.
It's a couple of weeks away from delivery but I've already done loaded the manual to read it
I have a few questions
Not sure it has Android Auto any one used Aston Installations to add it? Any good?
I want a set of nice floor mats made with the Vanquish logo on them. Can't seem to find any one that does it using Google. Any recommendations?
Any one successfully removed silicon from paint work? Previous owner used it to glue the front plate on
Really looking forward to some euro tours in it!

Indeed. I have my eyes out for similar, but <£100K. There's a lovely blue coupe for sale, but it's a coupe...Very rare spec
Lowest I've seen this year is £120k for an odd spec.
There's a couple of non S volantes below £100k
Those seem to be rarer than S at the moment!
Congratulations, a lovely car...
With regard to Android Auto, if the car is a 2017 then it will have AMi III fitted, so Android Auto was standard, providing the infotainment has had the firmware updated.

Congrats - Ming blue is a lovely colour. It's a couple of weeks away from delivery but I've already done loaded the manual to read it

Car mats UK is quite decent but not sure you can get the correct font Vanquish text depending too on where on the mat you want it.
For my GT8 I ended up getting the AM wings version and then Works dyed the wings the same colour as the interior stitching.
Hi Jon
A bad Vantage S experience and expensive mistake with BR encouraged me in to a new McLaren.
I'm on my 3rd now and still have the 675LT spider.
That's a keeper and all 3 have been great, despite the internet stories.
I also had a brand new 992 GTS along side the 675 as a GT car.
Biggest POS out of my 64 cars. 11 warranty costs in 18 months. Never buying another Porsche.
So I decided on a V12 to replace the 911.
Aston was the obvious choice

I jumped on it as soon as the email alert hit Friday PM.
Saw it yesterday AM.
The condition spoke for itself.
Deal done.
I've been trying to scratch a V12:itch for over a year.
