Honest mobile eSIM?

Has anyone here had experience with it?
The adverts sound great, lose signal in the uk and it will connect to the strongest, unlimited roaming in many countries, but the unlimited part only seems to be a collection of apps, I couldn’t see a data allowance. Also the reviews in the App Store are not great.

Yep you have spotted the issue - it says unlimited data overseas with over 500 apps but when you look at the apps there are literally hundreds that are no use whatsoever. If the app is not listed then you are out of luck.

I gave it a shot, few quid up front for a year as the signal in my house is shocking and I thought I'd be able to at least use WhatsApp... complete waste of money for me, never has signal when my EE sim doesn't, quite often doesn't when EE does, data switching is turned on on my iPhone, and I don't think it does.

I went for a data only Three SIM as a back up in the end and it's much better, I can actually use it.
