New sign in

First time this morning asked for email log in.
Logged in fine but I now have what I can only describe as a mobile phone view (very narrow) of the site.
How do I get back to my usual full screen view for my iPad?

This new login is quite annoying, I’ve always logged in using username not email. And it took quite a bit of checking to find out what email address I used all those years ago.
And then the autofilll password didn’t work properly.

My reliance on autofill usernames and different passwords for ever account becomes very apparent on mornings like this

It's quite a major change without putting put a note about it in advance, have PH outsourced things to TATA or HCL to do the needful?

Some of us have been here long enough that the email we used was @googlemail.com. That took a while to work out why I wasn't getting a password reset email through...

Thanks for the report, we are currently looking into it. In the meantime I've manually triggered a reset password email for you, please check your inbox.

In the meantime if anyone else needs to reset their password, please use the Forgot Password link in the sign in screen

I've logged in using the correct email but it's brought up an old profile that I thought was deleted. Could mine be reset?

Caught me out this morning but three attempts later and sorted

Was a bit of a faff trying to remember which old email it was.

As an aside PH wants the proper capitalisation used for the email address stored - I couldn't log in until I tried capatalising the 1st letter of the email address as that was what it had stored from over a decade ago.

Luckily I remembered the likely e-mail address I used.

however, for those that don't, they can't event trigger the reset password (which will send to their e-mail so they may pick it up) as that requires the e-mail address!

Can't the user name be used and system then send to the associated e-mail address?

I joined in 2005. Yahoo was my email. It's taken a lot of emails over 15 years to get the mods to update it

Good job it's just been done as I had an excellent chance of remembering it.

It's fine with my PC at work.
Just compacted on my ipad.
Any ideas on how to fix?
