I would like some opinions on a few cars for sale currently, there is not the perfect car for me so its a little compromise possibly needed

There are a couple of cars for sale at the moment that I think are nice, but not ideally what I am after.

The perfect car would be a manual 410 sport or gt sport in military grey, yellow, or some olnice blue, black and silver dont do it for me. I also don't have 60k.

So the options...

There is a 400 in blue that has the komotec 435 pack on it, its privately for sale so cheaper, but is not a factory spec gt sport or 410

The silver gt410 sport with Jon, I just don't love silver and its a lot to pay for the wrong colour, would a wrap damage the paint, damage the value and look poor?

The blue gt sport without the carbon that I assume is actually a gt, its a nicer colour but its over budget

The other option is I just wait, I am in no rush, or is there a better option?

Thanks

You might be waiting a very long time for a military grey 410 Sport as there’s only one in the UK. biggrin

If I were in your shoes, I’d wait for the right car to come along (easier said than done as I’m a compulsive buyer..)
Probably more cars will come available in the spring that may suit you better.

Thank you for the advice, Military Grey now scrubbed off.

What are the thoughts on gt, vs Gt Sport, or GT Sports without carbon? To be the carbon looks better and assume is more desirable?

I saw a dark green and tan emirq today which looked nice too, a quick check online tells me there are some Evora in that colour too.

There’s a couple of Military grey GT’s around so just keep an eye out.

Personally I prefer the carbon so wouldn’t entertain one without, but it’s a personal preference and not everyone is bothered about it.
I think Jon’s silver one looks good - sometimes a live viewing certainly helps - but not sure about the green interior - sometimes these colours don’t photograph well (case in point was my venom red interior on my old Exige roadster - not as bright as the pics would have you believe).

I've been waiting since March for the "right" car. Still waiting. It depends how patient you are, or willing to spend - lets not forget everythings for sale at the right price, so I'm sure even you could own the only Military Grey 410Sport in the UK if you offered enough money! wink

I wouldn't wrap an Evora - a good wrap will cost you well over £3k and you'd have to remove it come resale, better to spend that money on a colour you actually want. I also noticed Jon's put the price of this GT410 back up again, probably in line with the relatively strong GT Evora market.

My plan was always to go Emira at the end of the year if I couldn't find the right Evora, so that's probably where I'm going. As much as the Evora is probably better to drive, I do love the looks of the Emira, and my bank balance is in a better state after 6 months as well biglaugh
