i know i will probably answer my own question.
dates for end of Feb have come up for Zandvoort...never been.
been spoilt for good weather this year, but the last two dates were a waste of money due to rain, leaving me questioning.
worth the gamble??

If you don’t like the wet, trackdaying is as very seasonal hobby, here or in northern europe.

We ran two days at Magny Cours in August, middle of France, in the middle of summer. It pissed down for one and a half of those days wobble. The circuit staff thought it was terrible but we had a great time biggrin.

I guess what I’m saying is get the right tyres and the right training and go and enjoy it!
