If you are seriously contemplating a purchase, make sure you check with the seller what modifications the car has had, and then ask HMRC for a ruling on how much it will cost to import. There are complex rules for cars over 30 years old, and the amount of VAT & import duty chargeable differs greatly, depending on modifications. There are plenty of webpages covering this topic, including this one :

https://www.shipmycar.co.uk/how-much-import-duty-w...

The difference in the delivered price could be considerable. 136,000 Swiss francs currently converts to £129,695. If you only have to pay the reduced rate of 5% VAT and no import duty, that makes the delivered price 136,179. But if it is liable to the full 20% VAT and 10% import duty, those multiply each other. So £129,695 paid to an EU dealer will end up costing you (129695 + 20%) + 10% = about £171,197 delivered. A difference of over £35,000.
