MG and Triumph Spares Day .worth a visit?

Anyone comment if the MG and Triumph Spares Day at Stoneleigh is a good day out? Are there plenty of traders with some rare stuff and NOS parts potentially available? The usual auto jumble too?

Plenty of rusty metal to look at too!
