I used to eat 6-8 meals everyday back in the days when I was bodybuilding/lifting weights/active but over the last few years (due to living a sedentary lifestyle) I've dropped down to 2 possibly 3 at most and some days I only eat once. I've lost a lot of weight/muscle but I actually feel better for eating less. What about you?

Two. Toast for breakfast, and a cooked dinner early evening.

Never more than two, and very often just one evening meal.

My job is very sedentary and it's very easy for me to pile on weight, so I have to eat like this to stay anywhere near to lean.

I skip either breakfast or lunch and have dinner about 8pm.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner + 2 x protein shakes and a banana.

Nothing more, nothing less, each day the same.

I'd like to eat less, but my wife is a feeder and it is difficult to refuse food without a lot of unpleasantness.

I eat three small meals per day. If I were single it would be one or two.

Much the same, really boring

In the week either porridge or protein bagel with scrambled egg & mackerel for breakfast, a protein meal (Gym kitchen or similar) for lunch, then a evening meal. 1-2 protein shakes and maybe a yoghurt for a treat.

Sometimes just lunch. Sometimes may have breakfast too.

Sometimes lunch and dinner in the evening. Without breakfast.

Everyday is a surprise foodwise. cool

No offence but how is a yoghurt a treat?
Have you ever tried Lindhals Kvarg (or similar)?

Same for me. Early evening is anything from 4pm to 6pm depending on the day. Never later though unless going out.

Three. I get bitey if I don't have lunch.

Thpugh if I've had a big lunch I might not have dinner, so sometimes two. That's not often though.

No offence taken, it's sweet so therefore a treat IMO. Yes I have had the Kvarg, it's basically Quark isn't it? it's ok, texture is a bit meh.

In the week I don't want to think about food to be honest, there are probably 10-15 different meals in our local Asda and I just grab one I fancy.

I do intermittent fasting (TRE) so two decent meals a day. Lunch around 1pm, dinner around 8pm.

Supplement with an Amino Acid profile and protein shakes. (and a Negroni more nights than not wink )

One or two.

I'm not that active and am trying to loose weight. These days I seem to be able to survive on very little food!

I'm 82.

For breakfast, if I have one, it's small plate of salad: cucumber, tomato, radish, spring onion, plus cheese slice, dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. If we have visitors I'll have a couple of croissants instead.

Lunch may be similar, or maybe an omelette.

Dinner (I do all the cooking for my wife and I) alternates daily between meat and fish, plus three/four vegetables. Plus a glass of wine maybe. We never have any ready made meals!

We eat out for lunch maybe once a week in which case we both skip dinner. We also eat out for dinner usually once a week.
