AM Timeless Warranty and PCV Replacement

Just done my yearly check on the throttle bodies to check for oil from the PCV valves.

Right hand throttle body clean but left hand throttle body showing signs of oil from failing PCV valve.

Have anyone managed to use AM Timeless Warranty to change them out?.

Extract taken from AM Timeless Warranty:-

Engine
Internal failure of all components other than: belts, cables, hoses, pipes, exhaust system, pulleys, de-carbonation,
sparking plugs, engine tuning or adjustments, mountings and all oil leaks.

I would expect the PCV to fall under the emissions system rather than the engine. What does the warranty say about that system?

Nothing in the timeless documentation re emissions, car is due for service in January so will ask the dealer.

Car is also due a renewal of the warranty so may help with pushing it through otherwise I will probably not renew.
