Land litigation solicitor / barrister recommendations.

Anyone have a personal recommendation, from their experience of a case, for a land litigation solicitor / barrister who knows what they are doing and doesn't want silly money for their service?

My initial spend needs to be around the £5k mark max.

I have used Stephen Proctor in the past and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to property, land and agriculture.

As to his current costings, I’m sure but I have always found him to be the top-end of reasonable.
