Upgrading to 5 Series

Hi everyone...
I am reluctantly embracing the fact that my beloved BMW Le Mans Blue 2011 320d Touring needs an update.
It has served me so very well.
I don't do enough miles for a diesel so this time I will go with a petrol.
I want a little more room and the touring is perfect for my outdoors adventures, short trips away, out with the dog and my football commitments. I also like to drive and would like a little increase in performance. My longest trip is a couple of times a week to get me to football training - 30 miles there and back. I work very close to my work base, literally 500 yards away. So I do think that probably hasn't helped my diesel engine at all in the mornings.
I have spotted a nice carbon black 2019 530i M Sport with a lot of good features, relatively low mileage for its age and I really like it.
I am going to be talking to the dealership today. Any advice for me on this as I negotiate? Do you think I am making a good decision?
I would appreciate any advice, encouragement or warnings. You experts on here have always really advised me well.
Having researched thoroughly for my previous purchase and getting a fantastic car, I just hope I can repeat the success.
The driving experience has made a through and through BMW fan.
