Another newbie, often used to use the gtr register and skylineowners but have sold the R34 skyline and running around in an audi a3 for the winter. Been trying to find my next car and curretly it has to be a cerbera 4.2. I am scared bout reliability but its a performanve car and i would nbe looking at the cheaper end of the market £15k max so have to expect it. Am only 24 and already got cheaper quotes for a cerb than my skyline!! Anyway just gonna sit back and learn for a bit before taking the plunge. Any owners near cardiff please say hi, aint even been in a tvr yet let alone a cerb!

Have seen aquite a few around 14.5 some from PH members too!! Not going to be silly and just buy one and then be broke running the thing, hence why i am researching first!

It wouldn't surprise me if there are some good cars languishing at the lower end of the market now as some will be too nervous about buying older cars.

Ted, would you be happy buying like 98 cerb with say 40k on?? Just looking for your opinion really, Pity you have aint got a cerb Mick, dying for a ride in one to see if its as good as i think it will be!

I know not mega fussed on the colour, bet i will end up buying one sooner rather than later, am very impatient, maybe for my birthday in Jan!!The orange one for sale with damage is ok too, love the prurple too though, just want to siss out what to look for, really dont need a re build on a car i buy

the orange one is eddies and its great im sure he will also repair it for you for a small price as he runs his own body shop. a top, top bloke, youd be hard pressed to go far wrong with either him or his car.

Like i said i wont buy yet, i need to make sure a cerb is for me. But i have thought of other cars and nothing can touch it for performance and the pure evil looks of them, like e46 m3's but they are slow and like 10k more than some cerb's! And love my skylines but they cost a fortune to tune, will just fiddle with my cerb, not spend many thousands like on my skylines.

When I bought mine I thought I would wait. I looked at three and missed the first two. I bought the first one and handed over the bankers draft even before I had driven it. Sweated all the way home as it was running like a pig. I bought in your budjet but spent another £1k in the first week on a service and to have it checked up.

The best impulse but of my life. The Cerb is a top car and I seconded that Eddie 4.2 is a top top bloke and top car.

The orange one is lovely but just cant really afford one right now, unless i took a loan out!!MMMNN tempting, but if it breaks i would be dead, maybe after january but b4 then would be too soon i think,killing me already though!
