High end dedicated computer glasses
Discussion
Into my 60s now and spending up to 10 hours a day looking at a screen for work and then some time either looking at my home laptop, TV or phone. Not great I know, but it is my job at least for another few years anyway. I have spent a fair amount of time and money getting a decent setup at home, proper office, dual 4k screens, motorised standing desk, excellent chair, good lighting and I have also done some investigation into ideal ergonomics.
The missing piece of the puzzle and I suspect one of the most critical is eye-wear. I have a prescription from about 3 years ago that will need updating but the glasses are also quite flims, with fairly small glass area and have very light scuffs.
Can anyone recommend some top quality computer glasses? I am thinking I need more comfort, more glass area to enable me to focus and perhaps some anti glare blue light blocking tech?
By the way I do realise that the most important thing is to take frequent breaks away from the screen, and I try to jump away every 20-30 mins to do other stuff.
