Heated rear window

My heated rear window on my 2007 V8V doesn't seem to be working. I've checked the fuse and it appears to be ok and when you press the heated rear window button the light comes on. Does anyone know what else I can check? Many thanks,

If you can get to the connectors where the wiring connects to the screen and you have a multimeter, you could check whether voltage is reaching the screen. If it is then there could be a screen or connection problem; if not the problem lies somewhere between the fuse (which you say is good) and the screen. Although I'd still be inclined to probe the fuse holder with a multimeter to see if the fuse has a supply, just to be on the safe side.

Then, when you have established at what point the voltage stops, you just need to go back through the circuit a step at a time to find where voltage starts again to narrow down the problem.

As far as getting to the screen connectors goes, I've had a quick look at my V8V and they are not obvious, so I'd guess they are under the inner tailgate trim.
