Hi all,
I get zillions of stupid questions emailed to me every day such as how many in a pair or what colour white is this (really, I do).

Is it possible to have stored pre-written emails or pre written paragraphs so I can click REPLY, F1, Send or something?

Cheers.

Easiest way in Outlook is to store them as signatures and then use Insert -> Signature and pick the reply from the drop-list.

ie. you reply as normal, and then in the reply window you choose the Insert menu and then Signature.

Jon, that is one of the most useful tips ever!

I'm going to set that up at work tomorrow!
