Not really. What exactly do you mean by 'rubber muck'? Are you talking about some sort or rubberised coating that's been applied to the underside of the panels or a coating of tyre rubber applied to the outside of the panels from doing burnouts?
And if it's the former, are you sure it's rubber and not underseal?

If you have waxed the car 1st of all then washing it with a Microfibre would remove the muc too
