All, I'm new to the used watch market and have been having a look around.
I've seen a watch that I like the look of on Chrono24 and it's being offered by Subdial.
What are these guys?
A broker of some sort?
Any information appreciated.

Subdial are great. I’ve bought and sold a few watches with them. Zero hassle and fair pricing.

I've bought 2 watches from Subdial. Very smooth process. Going direct rather than via their adverts elsewhere (I think eBay and/or Chrono24) got me a small discount, but you don't get the third party authenticity certificate.

Have also bought from Subdial and cannot recommend enough.

They have a 'drop' every Thursday 11am, where they release all that weeks stock. Tim (think hes the owner) does a good youtube video every week going through said stock.

The one I bought came all wrapped really nice, and included a lovely leather travel case - nice touch. Also managed to get circa 4% off listed price by making a sensible offer.

I've only sold to them, but they were lovely to deal with. I wouldn't have any qualms about buying from them.

Have bought and sold from them, absolutely excellent.

You can tell they are passionate about what they do rather than just a corporate machine trying to make the maximum amount possible (mentioning no names, ahem Watchfinder).

Their pricing is typically very fair, certainly been the case for me both in terms of what they've offered me and what I can buy for.

They also have some really interesting watches that you don't see often.

Thought I'd just add to this as reading the thread helped me feel comfortable dealing with Subdial

Took delivery of 2 watches today a Sea Dweller and Explorer 2.

As above I dealt direct with the website rather than via Chrono 24 and secured a little discount. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish although naturally I was a little nervous as its not everyday I spend that sort of money on unseen items online

The watches are exactly as described and arrived nicely packaged with everything listed on the advert

I went to their place today. Bit echoey, but they were very nice to me. No pressure to buy anything.

I've just sold another watch to subdial, seamless transaction again and they paid good money for what I was selling. They're a slick outfit, don't have a bad word to say about them!
